The Center of Attention (COA) is a nonprofit recovery community based in Waterloo, Iowa. Founded in 2016 as a community resource center, the organization has grown into a place of healing, support, and transform for individuals and families affected by substance use and incarceration.
Our Mission
To create a safe, judgement-free space where individuals can reclaim their lives, restore dignity, and experience transformation through peer-based support and community care.
